I was listening to Reina Time
Sayshi was the only one to be mentioned in the talk about the ceremony. She also talked about Sato crying in the Ikimasshoi before the concert. The only junior members being talked about were Sayashi and Sato
I can firmly believe that Reina likes Sayashi

But, Sayu will never say things about the junior members' singing. She always tells me she doesn't have the confidence... But on the other hand, Sayashi might be able to do so!
When I see her attitude to the juniors I think "Sayashi... this may be interesting". She says things in a straightforward manner - with that face! Face like a baby! (laughter)
When I'm with her, I can feel that she wants to fawn on me like a child - so that's the way I had seen her. But when I see how she says things to the juniors, it's like "Wow, going strong!" (laughter) "Go go, it's more fun that way", you know (laughter)

Do you have messages towards the kouhai (junior) members?
Reina:
I did not have strong intensions on what to do with my life, I just let it flow with how things go - and so, I had times where I couldn't show my true self when my senpais were around.
So as you 9ki 10ki 11ki grow up, you will get to know yourself better, and from then you will start to enjoy things. Just wait till that time comes!
And, I think they're putting good effort in the dance. Since Sayashi and Ishida are experienced in dancing, the others are trying hard to get to their level, but I think they should do better in singing!
In the past graduations, there were a lot of candidates about who will inherit the singing parts - but this time, if things don't change the way it is right now, Sayashi is the only one to choose from.
But if she's the only one, I think it's too much load for her throat, and I want the other members to show what the've got to get their names on the list.

Do you ever perform with your kouhai members in mind, thinking something like 'make sure you see this' during your final tour?
Reina:
Umm, well it's like if they want to learn from me, go ahead (laughter)
I feel that Sayashi is watching my performances closely these days. She said in her MC that she's checking how I use my eyes, but I can see that she's learning from my singing as well. It's clear how the way she sings has changed. It's like - oh, she's stolen this part from me! (laughter)
I don't say this out loud, but I'm supporting her.

Sayashi is saying that she's looking at how I do things a lot these days. Something like "I want to learn as much as I can before she graduates". So, though I don't tell her this, but I'm looking at Sayashi a lot right now.
She's number one on my want to care for list. She relies on me, I feel she favors me, and when I quickly see her our eyes meet, and it's like "You were watching me, weren't you?"

Sayashi:
I performed with Musume. before I joined MM on a stage act called "Fashionable". I never had the chance to talk after the stage act, but this year Tanaka-san told me that "Of the 5 that performed with us on Fashionable, I had my eyes kept on Sayashi" - and that made me happy.
Tanaka:
Well they were still really small children, but Sayashi was the most refined and I wanted her to be my sister, so I had my eyes set on her (the audience laughs in a shuddering manner) No no in a good way! (laughs)
Sayashi:
Maybe it's because Tanaka-san kept her eyes on me that I made it into Musume.
Tanaka:
Wow, I have great powers!
Tanaka:
I can't really see my father often, and my brother has to study so we can't go back to Fukuoka on the days off, and I can't get on the airplane alone... but dad came to Tokyo and mom cooked us dinner, and we ate it together. That was a really happy time.
